Position Type: Volunteer (Remote / Flexible Hours)

Time Commitment: Approx. 5 - 8 hours per week

About the Role

Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and digital community building? Dr. Her is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help us bring our brand to life on social channels! In this role, you will help us turn our raw creative assets and scripts into finished, engaging social media videos, while helping us keep our online community active and connected.

What You’ll Be Doing

Video Editing &

• Assembly: Take our raw graphic files and piece them together into complete, smooth short-form videos (for Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Voiceovers &

• Scripts: Record clear, friendly voiceovers using the scripts we provide for each video Caption Writing: Draft engaging, brand-friendly captions and select relevant hashtags to match each post Publishing &

• Scheduling: Help schedule and post final videos across our social media platforms Community Engagement: Monitor post performance, gather audience comments, and engage with our community to keep the conversation going Performance Tracking: Keep track of top-performing posts (views, shares, saves) so we can figure out what our audience loves most and do more of it Growth &

• Content Strategy: Brainstorm creative ideas, content formats, and growth strategies alongside the founder to help expand our reach and build a loyal audience Trend &

• Audio Research: Keep an eye on trending social audio, viral formats, and niche health/wellness trends that Dr. Her can jump on to stay fresh and relevant

What We’re Looking For





Basic Video Editing Skills: Familiarity with user-friendly editing apps like CapCut (no high-level editing expertise required!) Someone who’s comfortable recording audio/voiceovers based on provided scripts Good Writing Skills: Ability to write transparent, engaging social media captions that align with the Dr.

Her voice Social Media Savvy: Comfortable navigating platforms like Instagram and TikTok, including commenting and engaging with followers Reliable & Organized: Valuable at keeping track of files, following instructions, and meeting agreed-upon timelines
