Enhance software functionality and user experience at PRPA as a Software Support Business Partner. Provide training, support, and documentation for Microsoft 365 and AI tool adoption. In this pivotal role reporting to the Manager, Digital Business, you will liaise between end users and vendors.

You’ll contribute to the administration of Microsoft 365, enforce ITIL practices for configuration changes, and facilitate training sessions for users. Your expertise will help ensure PRPA’s software assets are utilized effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support for software assets
- Lead adoption of AI tools and practices
- Administer Microsoft 365 setting securely
- Implement changes using ITIL framework
- Develop training materials and document configurations Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in IT or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in software support
- Relevant ITIL and Microsoft certifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
