JOB TITLE : Specialist, HRIS POSITION STATUS : Permanent DEPARTMENT : HRIS & Training and Development LOCATION : Montreal You will be responsible for the support of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensures its optimal use. You will contribute to the identification of human resources guidelines for HRIS and foster relationships with the HR teams and be their primary contact person for HRIS functional support. What You'll Be Doing Act as a HRIS subject matter expert and propose suggestions to improve and evolve our systems and processes

Partake in daily data entry activity to ensure employee information is up to date and quality is maintained

Lead and execute system modifications, updates and any other change requests

Perform audits and controls to ensure compliance and integrity of HR data

Document all processes, workflows, and related system activities

Train new and existing users, following industry best practice and established processes for system use

Participate in the development of test strategies, define scenarios, and perform unit,



integrated and regression tests

Carry out various analysis, evaluate the impacts on current solutions and optimize the efficiency of the system while taking into account integration with other existing systems

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for team members and senior management

Participate in the implementation of human resources related system project and the implementation of all new HR technology tools and solutions What You Bring To The Team University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Computer Science and/or related field

Two (2) years’ working experience with HR systems, reporting tools, HR processes and policies

Prior experience with HR information systems, including Dayforce (Ceridian) , and implementations considered an asset

Advanced MS Office skills especially in Excel (formulas, VLookUps, pivot tables, etc.)

Superior attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills

Highly motivated, acts as a team player, and dedicated to excellence in customer service

Must have the ability to manage highly confidential data

Good communication skills, Bilingual - French and English (spoken and written)

Active contribution in an HRIS implementation or evolution project (an asset)
