: Organizational Development Specialists provide specialized support by provides expertise, leadership, oversight and support in the following areas: Building & strengthening organizational and leadership capability through alignment of strategy, structure, management processes, people, rewards and metrics, supporting organizational culture through the design, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives/programs, ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives & programs, Providing expert knowledge and strategic advice on organizational development & design; complex systems; organizational & individual behavioral science; LEADS-based individual and collective leadership; coaching philosophy & practices; learning philosophy & practices; effective teams & conflict engagement - Supporting large scale change initiatives in regard to organizational redesign, and empowering people to effectively manage and lead large scale change.

Experience

- 3-5 years experience in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development





Education

- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

- Licensed, and in positive standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Specialization in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
