You'll be accountable for measurable business growth, including:

Generate $3M+ in new annual revenue through B2B and B2C digital acquisition and online conversion strategies.

Acquire 15,000+ new paid subscribers through scalable digital marketing campaigns.

Continuously improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, retention, and marketing ROI. What You'll Do

Develop and execute full-funnel growth marketing strategies.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels.

Improve website and landing page conversion through testing and optimization.

Build lifecycle marketing and customer retention campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, and Customer Success to support business growth.





What You

Bring

7+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.

Proven success driving measurable revenue growth through digital channels.

Experience managing paid media campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.

Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing analytics tools.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

A builder's mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
