The Senior AI Enablement Manager on the Data Engineering and AI team will lead a dynamic group of Technical Product Managers to deliver internal AI solutions from concept to deployment. The role requires strategic oversight, coaching, and execution to ensure that AI initiatives create measurable business value across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide decisive leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Technical Product Managers, fostering professional growth and maximizing team performance.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of internal AI solutions—from diagnostics and root‑cause analysis to deployment—while rigorously tracking benefits and ensuring business impact.
- Champion AI enablement strategies and develop no‑code AI agents tailored to specific business unit use cases.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, data science, product, legal, business units) to ensure seamless alignment.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accurate forecasting, and optimal resource utilization for all AI‑related projects.
- Create and govern standardized Agile best practices and workflows for Technical Product Managers, driving effective program review cadences and KPI tracking.
- Synthesize complex technical metrics and financial data into compelling narratives for executive leadership updates.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate how they can be leveraged to drive internal innovation and business value.
Critical Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Technical Product Managers or similar technology teams; degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated success establishing efficient workflows, managing complex project lifecycles, and applying Agile methodologies within a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical data into high‑level business stories and presentations.
- Experience managing product financials and optimizing resource allocation.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and the current landscape of AI tools (generative AI, LLMs, no‑code platforms).
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
