- Develop and implement technical policies for the distribution system
- Oversee the Design Approval and Equipment Approval processes
- Provide strategic support for design and construction
- Manage annual audits and oversee technical studies
- Lead the development of training materials for staff Requirements:
- Professional Engineer in Ontario
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical utility
- Proven leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of industry standards and codes
