Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals.

- Recruit, train, develop, schedule, and supervise teams of 6–12 employees while fostering a high-performance culture.

- Ensure merchandise presentation standards are maintained, including planograms, promotional displays, hot-selling items, and product availability.

- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling procedures, banking deposits, inventory management, loss prevention, and workplace safety.

- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, markdowns, and shrinkage control to maximize profitability.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store setting with accurate pricing and promotional signage.





- Build and strengthen the MINISO brand image within the local community and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum

2 years of retail management experience

.

- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Proven experience leading and managing retail teams.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
