Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Manage payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping processes accurately to ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to optimize sales performance.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and inventory updates while maintaining excellent phone etiquette with customers and vendors.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract recent customers and retain existing ones through promotional events and community outreach.
- Monitor store budget adherence, conduct regular performance evaluations, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and legal requirements through effective supervision and organizational skills.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience within retail management or a similar environment.
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and customer service with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, marketing tools, and basic math for financial accuracy.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
