P6: Monday to Friday 2300-0700Responsibilities for Tactical Office Building Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas.
Assist tenants by providing requested services.
Manage access to restricted areas as required.
Remove unauthorised individuals
Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.
Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.
Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client
Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hour
Respond to emergencies on a required basis
Qualifications for Tactical Office Building Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Be able to take up temporary position ( Coverage)
Ability to work in a stressful workplace
Use of Force Cerification (An Asset)
Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
