Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join Financial Services Client, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.

Here are some of the specific details:

Job Title: Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Level 7.

Job Duration: 6 months with possible extension & conversion.

Job Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Full-cycle recruitment experience hiring Product Managers, Product Designers, and other Product/Technical roles.
- Experience managing 20 active requisitions
- Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills
- Agency and/or in-house recruiting experience
- Financial Services, Payments, or Banking recruitment experience preferred
- Workday experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.
- Experience fostering cooperative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.



Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred but not required.
- Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
- Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
- Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $40/hr. to $43/hr. on T4 and $45/hr. to &50/hr. on Inc.
