As a Light Duty Cleaner, you'll play an important role in creating clean, secure, and welcoming environments for visitors, tenants, customers, and employees. Through a variety of cleaning, sanitation, and facility support tasks, you'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and contribute to a positive experience at our client sites.

What You Will Be Doing Collect and remove used dishware, trays, and reusable service items from guest seating areas.

Segregate waste materials at designated stations, separating recoverable items and organic matter from soiled service vessels and ensuring correct disposal arrangements. Perform continuous spot checks and removal of debris or litter from all floor surfaces within the public spaces and circulation zones.

Clean, sanitize, and wipe down all guest seating surfaces, counters, and supporting fixtures and furniture to ensure readiness for the next user.

Clean, disinfect, and sanitize high-touch and high-traffic areas to maintain a safe environment.

Perform comprehensive floor care, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and spot cleaning.

Clean and maintain all building common areas,



including hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators, escalators, and stairs

Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from waste bins on a regular basis.

Complete cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of all facilities, with a focus on washrooms and designated client spaces.

Maintain and service client-specific spaces and complete other duties as directed.

What You'll Bring Previous experience in luxury hospitality, retail, customer service, or janitorial services is considered an asset.

The eligibility and ability to obtain all applicable security clearance(s).

Knowledge of WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) is not required but considered an asset

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts is considered an asset About Alpine
