Title: Technical Project Manager Product Data and AI focus

Type: 6-Month Contract (possibility of extension)

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite

Compensation: $70-$80/hour Interview Process: Approx. 2 rounds - 1 with Hiring Manager + 1 technical panel (Principal Engineer & Tech Leads) Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Technical Project Manager will own Jira backlogs, sprint boards, epics, user stories, and delivery reporting while leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

They will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, manage priorities and risks, resolve blockers, and ensure work aligns with the overall data product roadmap. Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Business Analyst supporting engineering teams

Strong Agile delivery experience with advanced Jira backlog and sprint management

Experience delivering data-focused projects with knowledge of data products and data governance or data warehouses or data lake, and cloud platforms (AWS)

Experience translating business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria





Exposure to AI technologies (knowing how to use and benefits of doing so) and data visualization tools such as QuickSight or Tableau Pluses:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification

Experience with enterprise data platforms, metadata, or data catalog

Background in financial services or capital markets
