We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with robust expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) , IBM Sterling OMS , and Blue Yonder to lead enterprise eCommerce initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with OMS (Order Management System), IBM Sterling OMS, and Blue Yonder
- Technical Program Management in Agile/SDLC environments
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end eCommerce software development projects.
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver projects on time.
- Drive technical decisions, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Support CI/CD, deployment, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Mentor project teams and promote Agile best practices.
