Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure documentation is accurate for batch making
- Fill out tags for Dough Racks accurately
- Oversee secure equipment operation and cleanliness
- Keep the workspace free from hazards
- Follow Food Safety and GMP procedures

Requirements:

- High school graduation or equivalent required
- 1-3 years in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of lifting 25-50 lbs
