Make a difference as a Rehabilitation Assistant at Queen's Park Care Centre in New Westminster, B.C. Help patients regain independence while working closely with Occupational and Physiotherapists.

In this casual role, you will assist in implementing therapy programs under direct supervision. You'll support residents with established activation programs and maintain therapy equipment and supplies. Your contributions will greatly enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement activation programs for residents under therapist direction
- Provide information to volunteers on resident involvement
- Maintain and clean therapy equipment and supplies
- Keep a protected and organized workstation
- Participate in departmental meetings and offer feedback

Requirements:

- Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant program or equivalent
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Capable of organizing work and managing duties
- Physical ability to perform the tasks required
- Proficiency in operating related equipment
