In this role, you will report to the VP of People Practices & Consulting and will be responsible for implementing safety management systems while fostering a strong safety culture.

Your proficiency in safety practices and ability to engage executives and stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining TELUS's leadership in workplace safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor multi-disciplinary Safety team members
- Create and roll out organization-wide safety initiatives
- Analyze KPIs to improve operational effectiveness
- Serve as Safety authority for senior leadership interactions
- Oversee budget management for safety initiatives Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years in health and safety field
- 8 years of people management experience
- Collaboration experience in unionized environments
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related
- Qualified certifications in health and safety a plus Utilize your expertise in health and safety to enhance TELUS's organizational operations and culture.
