Temporary Painter's Helper

Position: Casual / Temporary Painter Helper Location: Hinton, AB

About the Role We are looking for a reliable, safety‑minded individual to assist our paint project on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, can follow direction, and is comfortable in an industrial workplace.

Responsibilities

- Assist painters with daily tasks
- Prepare materials, surfaces, and work areas
- Load/unload equipment and supplies
- Operate basic shop tools and cleaning equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support general labour tasks as needed
- Must be comfortable working at heights on ladders and man lifts

Requirements

- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working long hours outdoors and in industrial settings
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous labour or shop experience an asset but not required

Schedule & Pay

- Short Term Temporary shifts
- Hours vary depending on workload
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
