- Nurture ongoing dialogue and partnerships with Indigenous communities
- Develop and implement the Indigenous Relations strategy and initiatives




- Operationalize Indigenous relations priorities across business units
- Improve programs and governance by aligning with community priorities
- Monitor and enhance program effectiveness through feedback and analysis Requirements:
- Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in Indigenous relations
- Proven relationship-building and engagement skills
- Effective communication and project management capabilities
