We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently coordinate drivers, equipment, and schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment to job sites throughout Alberta.
- Monitor driver locations and job progress to ensure timely service.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and field personnel to coordinate daily operations.
- Respond to schedule changes and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip information, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Work closely with management to optimize routes and maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Previous dispatch or transportation coordination experience is an asset.
- Oil & Gas experience required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.




- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and dispatch software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Work Environment This is a fast-paced position supporting operations across Alberta's Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize changing workloads, communicate effectively with multiple teams, and remain calm under pressure.
