We are seeking a dependable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight to various destinations while ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight over designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts and other heavy equipment when necessary
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle readiness




- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities

Skills

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, and other industrial machinery is preferred
- Knowledge of freight handling and securement techniques
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining logs and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various conditions

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00-$28.01 per hour
