Group is seeking a small number of accomplished former CEOs and senior enterprise leaders to serve as Sterling Group Chairs.

Sterling

Chairs bring together confidential groups of non-competing CEOs and senior executives. They guide candid discussions, challenge conventional thinking, and help experienced leaders strengthen their judgment, execution, and leadership practice. The focus is on leadership.

This is not a conventional consulting or coaching role, and it's not a job. It is an opportunity to build and lead a trusted executive community in which members draw upon decades of shared experience to address consequential business and leadership issues.

A solid candidate will have: Successfully led a substantial and complex organization

Approximately 30 years or more of senior leadership experience The credibility to engage accomplished CEOs as a peer

Strong facilitation,



listening, and relationship-building skills A genuine interest in helping other leaders succeed The willingness to help build a high-quality executive group The time to build your own group - not a part time job Sterling provides its Chairs with a proven group model, orientation, leadership tradecraft resources, ongoing support, and direct assistance with active member recruitment. The role is designed for an accomplished executive who wants to remain engaged in the business community while creating a meaningful next chapter.

Time commitment: Approximately 30 hours per month per group
