As a Turnaround Planner at FLINT, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling industrial turnarounds, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. What would you be doing?
- Develop and lead a detailed turnaround schedule to analyze projects. Ensure all scheduled work adheres to safety standards.
- Lead and coordinate the initiation phase of construction, and clarify all details relating to planning, scheduling, and scope of work by using lead, lag, critical path, and milestones.
- Oversee project progress and productivity, recognize areas of concern, and propose prompt and effective solutions.
- Manage external service providers and supplier coordination.

Required experience and qualifications - 5+ years of turnaround planning experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and SAP.
- Strong understanding of different trade work scopes in an open shop environment.
