Join the UofT Mississauga as a Sessional Lecturer for GGR112H5F: Physical Geography. This course includes exploration of Earth System processes, with a focus on interactive fieldwork. The University of Toronto Mississauga is looking for a dedicated Sessional Lecturer for its physical geography course beginning September 1, 2026.

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or be a Ph.D. candidate and have previous teaching experience in similar subjects. Demonstrated success in educational methods will greatly enhance your application. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and teach comprehensive course materials
- Assess and grade student assignments and examinations
- Maintain regular office hours for student interaction
- Supervise and mentor teaching assistants
- Engage in hands-on fieldwork that enriches learning Requirements:
- Completed Ph.D. or in process in physical geography
- Prior teaching experience in relevant fields
- Proven teaching excellence in the discipline
- Ability to facilitate experiential learning through fieldwork
