About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX & Web Designer with solid frontend development skills. In this role, your primary focus will be design —creating beautiful, intuitive, and high-converting user interfaces, visual assets, and design systems.
While this is a design-first position, you should be comfortable taking your designs across the finish line by building clean, responsive layouts using modern web technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Experience: Lead the visual design process for websites and web applications from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity final UI using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Asset Creation: Design marketing collateral, web banners, and visual assets using Figma, Canva, and modern design tools.
- Design to Code: Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML, CSS, and component-based code.
- Component Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems, brand guidelines, and UI component libraries.
- Collaboration: Partner with development and product teams to ensure visual fidelity, usability, and smooth user flows across devices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend web development.
- Design Expertise (Primary Focus): Exceptional proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD,
Canva, or similar visual and interaction design tools. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Frontend Tech Stack: Solid hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (JS), and TypeScript .
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design systems, and functional web builds.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for spacing, responsive design, micro-interactions, and visual harmony.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work asynchronously and manage your time effectively in a fully remote setup.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or Vue).
- Familiarity with web animation libraries or SVG manipulation.
- Experience optimizing web layouts for accessibility (WCAG) and performance.
What We Offer
- Flexible Remote Work: Work from wherever you are most productive.
- Work-Life Balance: Guaranteed full-time permanent schedule (32–40 hours/week).
- Creative Freedom: Direct impact on product design, brand identity, and user experiences.
How to Apply
- Please submit your resume alongside a link to your portfolio showcasing your design work and web projects.
