Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and confirm client admissions to treatment facilities
- Track and manage admission data using Excel




- Liaise with external healthcare partners for client support
- Schedule critical client meetings and assessments
- Prepare documentation and maintain privacy standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma with relevant coursework
- One year working with vulnerable populations
- Completion of a Criminal Records Check
- First Aid/CPR certification required
- Proven organizational and communication skills
