Drive geological excellence with SSR Mining as an Exploration Geologist. Engage in fieldwork, drill planning, and data analysis while contributing to our Au-Cu exploration programs.

As part of SSR Mining’s team, you will report to the Manager, Canada Exploration, and play a critical role in target generation and geological logging. This role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to safety protocols, and insightful interpretation of geological models.

You will also oversee quality assurance in sampling and drilling and assist in exploration reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and oversee drilling programs efficiently
- Conduct geological field mapping and logging
- Analyze assay results and generate comprehensive reports




- Create maps using ESRI ArcPRO software
- Participate in safety meetings and maintain compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology required
- 3-5 years of exploration experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Leapfrog software
- Willingness to travel extensively during field seasons
