Reporting to the Manager of Learning & Talent Development, your expertise will help foster employee capabilities and maximize organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify training needs, developing programs that range from onboarding to career pathing.

You’ll also evaluate learning initiatives and generate actionable insights to enhance employee training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging learning solutions and training content
- Facilitate workshops and internal development programs




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand development needs
- Manage the Learning Management System (Workday Learning)
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for learning initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and E-Learning tools
- Experience in manufacturing is an asset
- Travel may be required (10-15%)
