Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Worker Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the facility, building systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and productive manufacturing environment.
This role performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects while supporting operational uptime and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure, including lighting, plumbing, doors, flooring, painting, and general building systems.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility and identify maintenance and safety concerns. Complete preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules. Troubleshoot and repair facility-related equipment and systems. Support HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance activities as required.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance. Assist with facility modifications, workspace setups, and equipment relocations. Maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including housekeeping, waste management, and seasonal grounds maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records. Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and reliability.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Brampton,ON.
