HK Food Services is looking for an energetic Warehouse Clerk to join their Smiths Falls team. The successful candidate will be required to work night shifts beginning at 9:00 p.m., Thursdays-Sundays. This is a Full Time, Permanent role.

Duties Include:

- Review picking slips and coordinate picking sequence
- Pick and pack products based on customer requirements
- Wrap and secure skids with proper identification tags such as customer number and loading sequence on the truck
- Ensure picking timelines are met with performance rate of 100 pieces per hour minimum
- Review all picked orders and ensure quality and accuracy with a picking error rate no more than 0.01%
- Report order issues in writing (short list) to the Night Supervisor for guidance
- Pull, set aside and report products that don't meet quality standards
- Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Exercise duties while adhering to food safety and occupational health & safety guidelines
- Unload incoming products, check temperatures and report on audit sheet
- Count and inspect incoming product to ensure accuracy to receiving sheets and product quality
- Load outgoing trucks in delivery sequence
- All other duties as assigned from time to time by supervisor, management and ownership

Equipment Requirements:

- Power Stacker
- Power and manual jacks and trollies

Physical Requirements:

- Moderate to high physical demands
- The ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Lifting, bending, reaching, standing, walking,



and climbing
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, warehouse, coolers and freezers

Education and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or relevant work experience
