The Water & Sewer Lead Hand position requires a proactive leader with at least three years of experience in the Water and Sewer Industry.

You'll assist the Foreman in supervising crew members and allocate daily tasks effectively. This role is project specific, offering a blend of teamwork and individual mentorship within the crew. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment
- Mentor and train crew members on site
- Assist Foreman by supervising daily operations
- Allocate daily tasks alongside the Foreman
