Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Workday HCM Lead with an active Workday HCM Pro Certification to support configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions. The role will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to deliver reliable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Core HCM and Compensation configuration activities

- Configure organizations, staffing models, positions, job profiles, and worker data

- Support business processes, security roles, reporting, calculated fields, and integrations

- Troubleshoot Workday issues and support releases, testing, and enhancements

- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and project teams

- Active Workday HCM Pro Certification required

- 7+ years of Workday HCM experience including configuration and production support

- 4+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience

- Experience with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Integrations

- Experience supporting complex enterprise environments preferred
