Youth Ministry Lead (Interim) - St John's, Harborne 30 Hours £22,720 - £26,620 (12 month contract) Closing Date: Tuesday 4th August 2026, 09:00 BST Interview Date: Thursday 13th August 2026 and an informal meeting with the Children’s and Families Pastor and Head of 0-18's in the previous week. Are you passionate about supporting young people to know Jesus and want the opportunity to experience a large and growing youth ministry? We’re looking for an interim Youth Ministry Lead to lovingly support and hold our Youth Ministry whilst we discern the right shape of the ministry to support long term discipleship across the church.

You should be able to start immediately (subject to safer recruitment checks) and can hit the ground running, so some experience of youth ministry, supporting volunteers and discipling young people is essential.
