Join the PEACE Youth Leadership Program with Halton Regional Police Service to gain leadership experience and enhance community skills. This program focuses on cultural diversity and active engagement.

The Halton Regional Police

Service (HRPS) is seeking motivated students aged 14-17 from Halton Region for the PEACE program. Participants will attend 11 sessions from October 1 to December 10, 2026, learning about HRPS operations and community dynamics. Engaging with the police, you'll build valuable leadership, teamwork, and cultural proficiency skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Attend 11 volunteer sessions on policing and leadership
- Interact with HRPS members for hands-on training
- Learn about community diversity and service
- Engage in teamwork and build robust relationships
- Participate in practical demonstrations of police work Requirements:
- Resident of Halton Region, aged 14-17
- In good standing, in grades 9 to 12
- Interest in policing and community service
- No pending criminal charges
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident Become a community leader through interaction, learning, and personal growth at HRPS with the PEACE program.
