Take control of your career as a Shift Lead at the 1.1.2 program in Surrey, specializing in youth support. This role offers evening shifts with on-call responsibilities and a focus on staff mentorship. As a Shift Lead, you will empower young adults aged 18-24 through direct engagement and crisis management.

Your responsibilities will involve not only mentoring but also planning and executing activities that build life skills and independence in residents. You'll assist with housing advocacy and maintain solid relationships with both youth and staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and support staff during shifts
