- Direct hiring processes for Asset Management and Tech sectors
- Cultivate partnerships with HRBP and business leaders
- Train and mentor a team of recruiters for optimal performance




- Participate in Talent Acquisition leadership initiatives
- Drive the implementation of innovative hiring technologies
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Leadership experience with a focus on recruitment strategy
- Familiarity with Asset Management roles is highly preferred
- Past success in complex hiring scenarios
