Accountable for developing both high-level and detailed solution designs in alignment with established enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.

- Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout planning, design, integration, and implementation activities across dedicated migration and agentic AI workstreams.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
- Drive technical integration between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms, applications, and technology assets.
Must Have Skills Required Skills & Experience
- Core Architecture: Solid technical expertise in Amazon Connect and enterprise platform integration.
- Specialized Requirement: Mandatory experience with Sierra.
- Governance: Experience working within established enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.
