Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, offering legal insights during M&A; transactions, and leading client negotiations. Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and identify legal risks
- Support M&A; initiatives with legal expertise
- Negotiate and draft transaction agreements
- Guide project teams on legal risks
- Coordinate with external counsel as necessary
Requirements:
- Admitted to a provincial bar in Canada
- Minimum 5-8 years legal experience
- Expertise in commercial law and M&A;
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Experience with design services law advantageous
