In this senior role, you will report to the Director, leading the Distribution Engineering & Asset Information team. Your leadership will bridge engineering analytics with asset governance, contributing to Hydro Ottawa’s sustainability goals. You will mentor professionals while managing a team that ensures grid resilience and compliance through rigorous assessments and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance and set departmental goals
- Direct GIS data governance and interoperability frameworks




- Spearhead localized capacity evaluations and impact assessments
- Conduct root-cause analysis for system improvements
- Govern engineering processes for short-circuit calculations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Skilled Engineer licensed in Ontario
- Five years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of asset management frameworks
- English essential;
French is an asset
