Lead the transformation of work management in the City of Toronto as a Senior Solutions Designer. This role focuses on IBM Maximo, technical architecture, and providing integrated solutions onsite three days a week.
As part of the Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS) Program, you will oversee the technical design and development of custom applications within a rapid-paced, complex environment. Your expertise will guide the configuration of enterprise architecture and solutions under the Maximo framework while ensuring efficient change management and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design custom applications and interfaces for IBM Maximo
- Develop and implement technical strategies for work management

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- Expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6 and 9.1 systems
- Strong knowledge of Cloud transformations and ERP systems
- Experience with stakeholder communication methodologies
- Proven ability in operational optimization and risk management
