Join Southeast College as a Powerline Technician Instructor located in Estevan. This full-time position requires you to effectively educate aspiring technicians in a hands-on learning environment.

You will be responsible for instructing all levels of the Powerline Technician Apprenticeship program, focusing on practical skills such as pole climbing safety and line work. Regular evaluations of student progress will ensure a thorough grasp of important technical topics, contributing to their future career success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Levels 1 through 4 Powerline Technician courses
- Regularly evaluate and document student marks and progress
- Cover subjects like AC theory and rigging techniques
- Participate in curriculum development as a subject matter expert
- Show all necessary physical aspects of powerline training

Requirements:

- Hold an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson qualification
- 5 to 10 years of relevant technician experience
- Preferable experience in instructing adults or leadership
- Robust conflict resolution and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Educate and inspire future powerline technicians at Southeast College in Estevan.
