What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers Prepare quotations and process customer orders Recommend products based on customer requirements Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Build strong customer relationships through responsive service Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Learn our product line and become a trusted technical resource Support outside sales and contribute to branch growth What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Counter Sales, Parts, Estimating, Sales Support, Technical Support,
