About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President for Administrative Services to provide strategic financial leadership and operational vision. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the institution's long-term financial stability, operational resilience, and capacity to invest in academic excellence, innovation, and growth.
The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to translate financial insight into strategic action, leading a diverse portfolio that includes financial services, human resources, facility services, strategy, communications marketing, retail services, and information technology services.





The successful candidate will be a champion of a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, and will be expected to integrate these functions into a cohesive, high-performing operation that supports the institution's mission.

The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a strategic, results-oriented finance executive with a CPA and a proven track record in leading complex financial and administrative functions. They should have deep expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, audit, and risk mitigation, and possess solid business acumen with the ability to translate financial insight into forward-looking strategy.

The role requires a confident, polished communicator capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, and a leader who is recognized for sound judgment, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
