Our Vancouver-based client is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to join a critical ERP modernization initiative. This consultant will play a key role in upgrading the organization's Dynamics AX 2012 setting to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting development, integrations, data migration, and system optimization efforts.

While the role is open to remote candidates, preference will be given to consultants located in the Vancouver area.

Responsibilities

- Lead development activities related to the migration from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F& O
- Refactor and modernize legacy AX 2012 customizations using the D365 extension-based framework
- Design, develop, and execute data migration processes and validation activities
- Build and support custom X++ solutions, integrations,



workflows, and reports within D365 F& O
- Develop and maintain integrations with external applications and data platforms using APIs and Azure services
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and scalability
- Partner with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support post-migration stabilization, issue resolution, and ongoing system enhancements
- Work within an Agile delivery environment utilizing Azure Dev Ops and best development practices
