Bell is seeking a Site Director with substantial experience in MEP delivery and commissioning for large-scale data centers. You will oversee the end-to-end commissioning lifecycle, ensuring quality and safety throughout the installation of systems such as power distribution, generators, and cooling mechanisms.

This hybrid role focuses on collaboration across teams to achieve timely and effective commissioning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP delivery and commissioning for data centers
- Manage factory and site acceptance testing processes




- Oversee integration of power and cooling systems
- Ensure safety culture compliance on site
- Coordinate engineering handoffs and design execution

Requirements:

- 12+ years in MEP commissioning, data center preferred
- Proven experience with FAT, SAT, IST, operational handover
- Deep knowledge of data center M&E; systems
- Ability to manage contractors and vendors effectively
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
