Senior Dev Ops Engineer (SRE Focus) – Kubernetes | Open Shift | CI/CD |

Mississauga, Canada | Visa: Canadian Citizen | Open Work Permit | Senior Dev Ops Engineer Experience Required: 10+ Years. We are looking for an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer with 10+ years of experience to work closely with software developers, security teams, and system administrators to design, build, and support scalable, resilient, and self‑healing systems.
The ideal candidate should be a self‑reliant resource with robust troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform basic Java and configuration fixes independently without depending on the development team for every issue. The candidate should have strong experience in CI/CD and automation, pipeline development, build and release management, and ensuring environment consistency across application environments.
The candidate must be proficient in OSE monitoring setup, App Dynamics setup, configuration management, Helm, Tekton, Harness, LSE, Open Shift, Kubernetes,



Docker, Auto Sys, and Ansible. The role requires hands‑on experience with containerization, orchestration, Kafka configurations, microservices support, secret management, and SLTN processes.
Strong knowledge of Dev Ops tools including Git Hub, Bitbucket (BB), Jenkins, Maven, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK Stack is required. The candidate should have a high-level understanding of networking concepts including firewalls, HTTPS, and TCP/IP, along with strong experience working with Oracle and MongoDB queries.

Experience with Python scripting and Linux environments is a plus. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver with excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional development and operations teams.
