Royal Scenic, a leading air consolidator and tour wholesaler serving travel professionals nationwide, is seeking a highly motivated Travel Product & Project Director with a proven record in project management from implementation to return of experience, as well as market data analysis to help support Royal Scenic strategic growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor sales performance, optimize revenue, and assess strategic impact.
- Provide trend analysis and revenue optimization support to the SVP of Airline Supplier Relations.
- Contribute to the Airlines content and incentives optimization efforts.
- Foster transversal collaboration across departments to engage the stakeholders to achieve company targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of airlines distribution trends in North America, including NDC adoption, GDS evolution, and direct connect dynamics, contributing to set the company’s strategy.




- Provide insights to senior leadership on competitive shifts, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

- MBA level with at least 4 years of experience in related field, or a travel industry individual with a minimum 8 years of sales in airlines or consolidators experience in the Canadian travel market.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven B2B travel industry experience.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and develop growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Airline experience and Spanish language skills are assets.
- Spanish and French will be an advantage.
