In this role, you'll partner with studio leadership to enhance success and elevate the member experience. You will manage and develop a team of fitness professionals, handle member inquiries with respect and professionalism, and collaborate with sales teams to facilitate new member journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of fitness experts
- Recruit and train proficient Orangetheory coaches
- Professionally manage member concerns
- Conduct fitness staff meetings and training
- Motivate members during dynamic workout sessions
Requirements:
- Necessary certifications in Group Fitness or Personal Training
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required
- Availability for 20-25 hours in the studio weekly
- Enthusiasm for fitness and community support
- Robust motivational and leadership skills
