L3Harris is seeking an EMC Test Designer in Toronto, Ontario, to enhance our advanced technology solutions. This role focuses on developing test procedures and performing EMI testing at internal and external labs.
As part of the EMI team, you will manage projects to deliver high-quality outputs while collaborating with design engineers. You'll generate formal qualification test reports and ensure compliance with EMI standards and testing requirements. Being proactive in test plan development and participating in continuous improvement initiatives is essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects for timely outputs
- Conduct EMI testing at internal facilities
- Collaborate with external test labs for testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience
- Solid understanding of MIL-STD testing standards
- Familiarity with electro-optical imaging equipment
- Programming skills in Matlab or Python preferred
