This Calgary-based role is for a detail-oriented Accountant who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You'll manage assigned accounting transactions, prepare customer invoices, and support financial planning by maintaining accurate records of contracts and prepaid expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable invoices and corporate credit card transactions
- Generate customer sales invoices and manage receivables
- Record and reconcile transactions for revenue accuracy
- Maintain records for prepaid expenses and amortization
- Assist with month-end close activities and general accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and reconciliations
- At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for qualified emails
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
